Once we find “the” home, then it's time for us to walk you through actually making an offer and let you know what to expect along the way.
Once we contract a home our work is not done. Our Realtors will take the time to make sure your home IS THE HOME you think you are buying by negotiating repairs and making sure they are completed.
Once successfully through Inspections, we’ll give your Lender the green light to order an Appraisal of the home.
